Loth's outfit is similar to what the men would have worn. The women's outfit would have been quite different.

The confusion of Native Americans being called Indians (which still continues to this day in places) stems from Chris Columbus getting lost and figuring that when he got to Hispaniola that he was actually in India, instead of his target of China. That insistence, despite the evidence he had available, is why all the indigenous people of the Americas where called Indians and capsicum peppers, from bell peppers to super hot varieties, were called peppers (being confused with the niger pepper of India).

Would you have preferred Loth to be dressed up as Pocahontas instead?

Actually that's not what they wore at all.
Those people were farmers. Such clothing would be horribly impractical as a farmer. They simply wore farmer clothes

Actually, before they were farmers, they were Puritan Pilgrims, besides that, most people with a 'real' cultural heritage like to dress up when they have a big celebratory feast, specially when they have new friends around to share it with

Did Sev _really_ get it wrong, or is she just messing with Loth?
