Loth demonstrating Sgt. Zim's lesson (good luck with that reference). The TWC image we're taking a break from the funny strips to let Loth show off her billboard. Come back Tuesday for our 200th (not counting bonus and Holiday)page!

Both the artist and I really wanted to make Rudger run away like Rain Spider from Desert Punk.
It was humorous and funny but I can't find it on Youtube, not even the episode to link Rain Spider's escape.

Sgt. Zim from Starship Troopers?
He taught the main characters how to throw a knife.

Obscure reference powers, GO!

Rrgh, it's been sooooo long since I read that book! Bumping it up to number two in my reading queue.

Oh! Found it! "There are no dangerous weapons; there are only dangerous men." Thank you, wikiquote.org, for all the memories!

The Enemy cannot push a button if you disable his hand.

I doubt he is likely to be pressing any buttons anytime soon.

Starship Troopers. Although, Zim hit the guy's hand instead of his bicep. *grin*

Starship Troopers would be the reference. Something to the effect of "if your enemy doesn't have a hand he can't push the button"

If I say the reference is from Starship Troopers, you'll just think I read everyone else's posts won't you? :)
I haven't watched that program in a while, which one was it?

O~kay... I didn't realize Starship Troopers was that popular. Or is it just because the amazing Clancy Brown said it? Either way good on you'll.

Well... they did have Neil Patrick Harris in the second Harold and Kumar movie, and there were several references in that. But Starship Troopers was actually pretty big when it was released too, so I'm not surprised so many people know about it.

I remember watching the 3 films a few years back. I loved them! Starship Troopers was most likely the best sci-fi action cult from the 90's

You actually liked the second one? That one Took the story and dropped it into a C-grade Syfy movie, in my opinion.
