Kinuko claims her purse "as is heavy as her fist". Slight editing error, or is Kinuko messing up her speech due to the residual effects of her healing?
It was more meant to imply that she had no money and that they should take a more direct approach getting the answers they want.
There are times when it's difficult to convey in a short amount of words what Kinuko means. This might be one of those cases.

I think the problem is that we associate Kinuko as being a "heavy hitter", so to speak, so when she compares her fists which hit heavy to a purse, it implies not that she has very little money, but actually has a ton.
