Cleric attacks! And who's this alluring crimson vixen? All will be reviled later, like next week, maybe. Unless Loth says something today, either way. I'll tell you though, the ghost, bug-guy, and now the cyclopes. Monsters don't have a good life span in this comic. Also, please, if you have the $3 to spare, why not pick up a almost naked nice Loth wallpaper from the front page.

Dynamite recap CM666. And to answer Holden's question, I guess should add a NSFW thing to the wallpaper.

As clichéd as it sounds practice, practice, and more practice is the best thing; I’ve always tried to spend at least an hour a day of drawing. Tracing and figuring out how other artist break down there characters also helped. I would take tracing paper and lay it over Captain America and Ranma 1/2 comics and redraw them or try and draw the shapes that made up the characters. Just find artists and any other influences to study and keep drawing.

I agree with Eric. You have to practice. While he focused on the drawing, I focused on writing. Since I can't see things in my head and perspective is difficult to me, it made more sense to simply articulate what I was imagining.
We make a good team.
Ultimately you're going to find people who are just naturally good at drawing and have a talent for it, but they don't normally progress very far, the same goes for writing. If you find it easy then you're probably not going to put much effort and just treat it as a hobby.
This is a demanding industry, people are mean because they can be or people won't give real critiques because they don't wanna hurt your feelings. So it'll be difficult.
I recommend she finds a group of peers all going for the same thing so she can sound out against them and see how she's doing.
I'm a member of a writing group here in Indy and its helped out a lot.

Comichero, if you force her she's probably not going to want to do it. Both the artist and I used it to escape from boredom and tediousness. Now the artist, unlike me, had someone to sharpen his skills against and constantly push to be better.
I didn't have that till I got to my writers group and would come across people who made it effortless. That was until I found out the one guy I was holding up as my rival wasn't actually a better writer than I am, he's a way better editor and constructive thinker. His work looks more polished but he spends a lot of time polishing it, where as I... I don't. I sorta shoot from the hip after thinking about what I want.
Moral of the story is, if she wants to do this for a living like both the artist and I do. You can't force her, but you can't also let her slack to much. You have to understand there will need to be a time of balance between play and work. If this no longer is fun and liberating for her she might turn off and do something else.
I have no simple answer to help with inspiring others, sorry. But I will can and do give as much advice as I've collected and like to share it with others if they but ask.

I just am throwing an idea out here about the red chick. Does anyone besides me think she might a) be loths sister, or b) a childhood friend?

@mirthlinloth Thank you again for your wise counsel I have implimented a miniium of one drawing a day that she has to sho me and taking the adivce of other artists i have aquired i give her randomized dead line times in which to complete a drawing i dont care if she traces so long as she shows me her work and the picute she traced to compair so im not being an overly harsh task master with her but its a worthy goal and one i fully suport as she has nearly mastered what i have taught her so she has some skill at it adn she enjoys it unlike her mother or my mother I'll supoort her dream and help her achive it and I'm an Eagle scout Mirlinth loth so when it comes to inspiring greatness and confidence in others I'm all aces

because that is the primary religion among the attractive women in this comic. No-one wears pants, and only enough clothes to be somewhat modest.

its in the same class as a bumblebee flying: no-one really know why it works it just does.
