Quick someone get the Bug Guy some Phoenix Down! The fight draws to a close, but will Cleric and Gar stand idly by? Will we come up with better cliff-hangers? Will I think of a third thing to list? Who knows!
@Ians, see that's always been a spot of bother when it comes to things like Loth. You're right, she has no fur. However if you consider her to be an animal who has acquired a certain level of anthropomorphism, the human traits given to inanimate or otherwise non-human objects, and that she was at one point an animal then she is a furry.
But some people argue that Dragons aren't furry, that they're legend, so they can't be a furry. Yet if that is the case why are Minotaur considered furry? They're creatures of legends.
Because she has a tail and clawed feet many people would consider her a furry. I do not, even though there is a Mirlinth Loth furaffinity account. She is simply a character in a story.
If it bugs you, like some of my furry writing did for the writing group I'm a part of, I explained she's an alien she just looks like this. They bought alien easier than furry.
There are so many negative connotations associated with being a Furry that it makes most people see red, even though 90% of that fandom are good decent folks, and are unwilling to compromise their views.
Alright, i can understand the time constraints for making one monday. Also, i would agree with Mirlinthloth with saying that Loth is not a furry, but she definitely falls into one of the subclasses such as legend. and Minotaurs are furry instead of legend simple because they are the original furrys. half man, half bull? yeah, he's a furry.
and being a friend of many furries, and having designed a character for myself, I dont really understand all the controversy regarding the "furverse".
The furry fandom is mostly hated because of misunderstandment. I have met many people who say that "furries" are people who have sex with animals, but that is far from the truth as can be.
What is the Furry fandom for the first? It is a group of people who have a common interest of Anthropomorphic animals/reptiles/mythological creatures.
The interest is there, then there are those who have another type of "interest" in the matter.
And myself I say Dragons should be considered Furry, since they are Basically Flying, fire breathing lizards, some not fire breating, some not flying. But non the less lizards and even in Mythology where they are Beastial they still have human traits so in basic Anthropomorphical either way XD
so you are saying there are people who believe the term furries refers to zoophiliacs? ouch, talk about demeaning and uninformed. whilst i can understand that opinion considering the amount of anthro hentai there is, it still misses the mark by a fair amount.
also, i do agree with that definition of draconic anthromorphs. altho, to be honest, i was always more drawn to jackals, rather than the more common wolves, felines, and dragons.
@crzymnky666 Yeah there are a lot of misunderstandment, I try to reason with people who doesn't understand and to teach the real meaning of what "furry" really is for us. Like that I refer myself a "Scalie" rather than a "Furry" but say Furry because it is the general term of the fandom.
And the funny thing is, Anthro is still Human-like, so it has nothing to do with beastiality at all (Zoophiliacs turn ons basically). One question I often ask people who doesn't understand us, is "Ever watched Mickie Mouse or Dafy Duck? Don't you have any type of interest on how they work?" They often answer that they have watched the cartoons, but doesn't really have any other interest in the subject, we who are in the fandom basically have the interest in the anthropormorhpic factor of it all (Some sexually some generally) XD
And all their own, I prefer Reptiles over most creatures within the Fandom and Sergals sure are interesting for me. Either way have a nice day good sir. ^^
Why must we label people with such titles as "Furry" or "Half Dragon". Loth is a person with real feelings that can be hurt. Be more sensitive to other people, people.
and sceond yeah bugs are generaly not ok when the get crushed by hammers and break walls
also, are you guys going to be doing a Memorial Day holiday strip? I think that would be kinda cool.
