I'd like to point out something called Decompression. If you don't click the link, basically, in comics, decompression is the focus on character interactions and visual storytelling. This method is criticized since it slows down plot development and pads comics with "wasted space". Now if you go through and read Loth you can see how We use this technique, even though in the medium of webcomics I feel it's not as effective, since you're only getting 1-3 pages a week instead of the 25-32 pages a month comic (or Trade-Paperback) so you get the whole story in one sitting. Hence why gag-a-day comics tend too be more successful (among other reasons). Which leaves me asking myself every week, is it better to produce a comic and post pages online, OR create a webcomic that can be collected into books? Or, should we change up the story telling style all together? I have no real answer, it's more of a thought exercise, just something I let my mind kick around when I'm not working on the comic.

@EFlint: I love the comic's current style. I don't think you should change it unless either lots of people are complaining or an angry mob torches your house.

I second guest's statement, and if they torch your house, not only will i help you rebuild, I will also introduce the evildoers to my remington 870.

and for the record, dwarves are almost always in the lead technologically, as they live a very long time and love to tinker.
